Dues for 2013 are as follow (no increase from 2012!):
Renewing Members Early Bird Discount – $375 if paid prior to May 1, 2013
Renewing Members regular dues – $395 after May 1, 2013
New members – $475 Initiation fee plus discounted dues of $375 – Total $850
All fees include tax!

You may pre-order books of Guest Passes when you pay prior to opening day. These will be ready for pick up at the front desk on opening day.
Memberships to Dunsinane are based on a family residing at one address. We do not have separate prices for a single person membership. A membership to Dunsinane will include anyone living in the home.

-Renewing members type in your name and password. If you have not set one yet, it is defaulted to your phone number in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX
-For current members, last year’s family information will appear and can be updated. We communicate by email, so a current one is necessary!
-New members must create an account and will be asked to enter their information for the first time NEW Members click here to start
-Add or update children under 24 years of age and/or add sitters for children 12 and under
-You may choose to pay for your renewal through our online payment system, which is linked through USBank.
-If you would rather pay by check, complete the online registration, print out your information sheet and mail it to Dunsinane Swim and Tennis Club, at the address provided on the registration form. If you have questions about this, please email dunsinanemembership@gmail.com (preferred) or call Monica at 937-671-4631. If computer access is unavailable , just call and I will be happy to mail a form to your home or process your application.

Dunsinane Privacy Policy: The privacy of our members is very important to us. We will never sell, give away or use your information for anything other than internal club business. Internal club business includes: invitations to events, annual renewal mailers and swim and dive team information. Uncaptioned photos may be posted on our site, however, we will take any photos off upon request to any board member. We will not collect or store any information that is not important to the business of the club. We do not collect or store any credit card information on our servers. From time to time, we may send you email you with important information. You may request that we not send you information by email at anytime by contacting any board member. We may use your name in our overhead address system during swim meets, to locate you for pool business such as visitor access or pizza delivery.
Dunsinane Refund Policy: You may request a full refund of your membership fees to Dunsinane Swim and Tennis Club in writing within 72 hours of joining the club. If there are any questions regarding dues payment, you must speak with the pool manager or club membership chairperson. The front desk worker can put you in touch with either person. You must pay swim and dive team dues before the first meet of the season. You may request a refund of swim and dive team dues by speaking with the team coordinators up to the first meet of the season. After the first meet of the season, swim and dive team dues are non-refundable.
